Turning satsang video into transcripts, translations, and podcasts
A studio app that takes a Hindi satsang video and produces transcripts, translations, TTS podcast audio, and platform-ready social posts, so non-technical volunteers can publish without a technical middleman. Local-first AI on a single machine keeps the running cost near zero for the foundation.
Letting volunteer editors run an eleven-language site
A backend and admin panel so trusted volunteers can publish events, travel plans, and daily pronouncements, and moderate devotee submissions, across all eleven languages of the foundation site without touching code.
A dead WordPress store rebuilt as a fast, secure static site
The marketing site for a collection and restoration asset-management app, migrated off an abandoned WordPress install whose TLS certificate had been expired since 2023. Rebuilt static on AWS with the server and CMS attack surface removed, every legacy URL redirected, and the contact form wired to a serverless mail backend.
One TypeScript codebase for iOS, Android, and the web
A relaunch of the client’s subscription app for collectors and restorers, rebuilt from a legacy Java backend and two native apps into a single universal codebase on a serverless stack, with continuity guaranteed for existing users, data, and subscriptions.
Bringing a dormant store back as a modern catalogue
A defunct WordPress storefront rebuilt as a fast catalogue site: browsable listings, item pages with photography and pricing, and an inquiry form, with the original product catalogue migrated in as content.
Helped an upcoming director raise for his first feature film
A first-time feature director had a strong screenplay and a finished proof-of-concept short, but investor materials that buried the ask. I built the package that fixed it: a graphic-led quick sheet, a single-page investor site with a gated access request, and a short promo cut with AI-generated footage.
Seven generations, and a kinship engine that speaks Hindi
A family register rebuilt from a spreadsheet into a living app: an interactive pedigree per lineage, a searchable people list, and a viewpoint-relative Indian kinship engine, so every card re-labels itself (Taya ji, Bua ji, Bhanja) depending on which family member you sit in.
